We are family owned and operated and going into our 34th year. Our entire ranch and business model is about family, we truly try to bring every guest into our family and show them the beautiful place we get to call home. All of our employees eat and socialize with our guests every day, and it is often reported as the reason we have so many returning guests. This is very much a guest facing job, with the ability to be a "people person" a the forefront of the skills we are looking for.
As a wrangler, your role is to show our guests why we love the ranch life and help them fall in love with the beauty of the Rockies.
Duties:
- Catch, groom, and tack the herd everyday
- Lead people of all levels of horse experience on trail rides daily
- Do daily ranch chores (Feeding, mucking, cleaning, etc.)
- Assist in routine ranch maintenance (mending fence, weeding, deep cleaning, etc.)
- Assist in kitchen and saloon if needed
Skills Required:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Time Management
- Horsemanship Experience
- Wilderness/Outdoor Job Experience
- Willingness to Learn
Start Date: Mid-May
End Date: End of September
