We are family owned and operated and going into our 34th year. Our entire ranch and business model is about family, we truly try to bring every guest into our family and show them the beautiful place we get to call home. All of our employees eat and socialize with our guests every day, and it is often reported as the reason we have so many returning guests. This is very much a guest facing job, with the ability to be a "people person" a the forefront of the skills we are looking for.
The Housekeeper is the head of their own department, overseeing all of the cabins and their upkeep, as well as our laundry room. We do offer daily housekeeping, as well as turning over the entire ranch once a week. There are some days you will be solo, with a second that helps on busy days, as well as the entire kitchen team on turnover days.
Duties:
- Daily Housekeeping in Cabins
- Maintaining and Organizing Laundry
- Speaking with Guests regarding needs
- Management of Team on Turnover Days
- Management of Laundry Room
- Management of Housekeeping Van
- Weekly Inventory
