Horseback riding remains the favorite ranch activity. We have over 70 head of outstanding horses, and each riding guest will have a personal ranch horse for the week, depending on ability. Instruction is offered to help build riding skills and maximize the enlyment of riding our varied trails into the beautiful San Juan Mountains. We also offer arena activities and the popular team penning and a cattle drive. We have rods and reels for fishing across the road at the Jackson Lake, and for serious fly fisherman, we have a professional guide that escorts you to the best fishing holes in the Southwest. White-water rafting trips are also part of the fun. Evenings include rodeo trips, movie nights, campfire activities, western music, casual fire-sides, karaoke and the Friday "Round-up" Party. We are open year round! Spend a winter wonderland in the mountains of Colorado and enjoy activities such as snowmobiling, skiing, snow-shoeing, sledding, ice fishing and more!
Menus are planned to satisfy both hearty and light appetites. We are farm to table, mostly organic and are "kid" friendly. Splendid home cooked meals, ranch style, are served in our western style dining room at the Lodge. Breakfast buffet feature omelet bars, French toast, Belgian Waffle and pancake bars.
