Cherokee Park Ranch is a family-owned and family-operated guest ranch located in Livermore, CO. Our Colorado ranch is tucked into a peaceful mountain setting, surrounded by green mountains, mossy rocks, colorful wildflowers, twinkling streams, a flashy river, and a bright blue sky. We host guests for a week-long, family-friendly vacation throughout the summer months.

- prepare 3 meals and additional snacks for 50+ guests & 20+ staff daily
- plate meals with an emphasis on quality and creativity
- maintain cleanliness of workspace in accordance with health department and ranch guidelines
- maintain dish area
- deep clean kitchen once a week
- willingness to learn about food: ingredients, diets, and cooking processes
- willingness to learn food safety
- flexibility and attentiveness to guest dietary needs
- responsibly uses ingredients and kitchen resources to mitigate waste including communication around pars, 86’s, and menu
- assistance with inventory and ordering
- work efficiently and kindly with co-workers
- excellent time management skills
