We are family owned and operated and going into our 34th year. Our entire ranch and business model is about family, we truly try to bring every guest into our family and show them the beautiful place we get to call home. All of our employees eat and socialize with our guests every day, and it is often reported as the reason we have so many returning guests. This is very much a guest facing job, with the ability to be a "people person" a the forefront of the skills we are looking for.
The kitchen position is a hybrid of buffet/plated serving, as well as light prep work and helping the chefs. Our Kitchen staff have split shifts, working three meals with large breaks in between upon which you can nap, travel off ranch, head down to the barn or whatever else you would like! Ideally we are looking for a team-oriented person who thrives in an environment that can be both laid-back and fast-paced, often at the same time.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain Dining Room
- Serve both buffet and plated meals
- Bus tables
- Assist Chefs with light prep work and kitchen maintenance
- Sell Wine at Dinner
- Help pack & un-pack coolers for off-site meals
- Assist Housekeeping on turnover days
