4UR
There are places on earth that can stun even the most experienced of trout anglers. Colorado's 4UR Ranch is such a place. Its centerpiece is Goose Creek, with over seven miles of private stream fly fishing for trout. Add a herd of top-quality horses, our renowned children's program, majestic vistas, legendary hot springs, superb dining and sweater-cool weather well into August. The result? Amazed and satisfied families who return again and again to partake of this magical valley in the southern rocky mountains.

Lodging Description:
Lodging at the 4UR Ranch is divided among three Adirondak-style cabins on the property. Each cabin is named after a famous local mine that spurred one of the last great silver mining rushes in Western history in nearby Creede, Colorado. The rooms in our various cabins on the ranch property are spacious and inviting.
Recreation Description:
We offer plenty of family activities. Spectacular fly-fishing. Horseback riding. Trap or sporting clays. Swimming. Hiking. Mountain biking. Jogging. Golfing. Natural hot springs. Relaxing massage. Take a quick trip into nearby Creede, one of the very last miner’s boom towns that sprung up in Colorado. Today, you can mine this charming town's shops for local crafts, or catch a musical or play at the renowned Creede Repertory Theatre.
Food Description:
We are meticulous about satisfying our guest's sophisticated palates. We recruited our chef, Wray Warner, from the Four Seasons, Jackson Hole. Specialties include rack of lamb and seared Ahi tuna, plus fine wines and delicious desserts made daily. Evening menus include two specialty dinners plus a core menu featuring favorites such as smoked beef, pan roasted chicken and a pasta selection. Lunches are as light as a salad or, if you prefer, as ambitious as a hearty bowl of soup and a sandwich. Of course, not all eating is done in the dining room. Beyond our Tuesday morning chuckwagon breakfast tucked in a beautiful meadow up behind the main lodge, there are several other opportunities to dine "al fresco" mountain-style. Each week we host a Mexican poolside luncheon and evening steak ride. Some anglers prefer a box lunch so they can stay on the stream all day. But, the tradition most loved by returning guests? Our Friday lunch fish fry, streamside at station 15 with freshly cooked trout and an oh-so-cold beer.
